Bangalore: Are you looking to take admission in a college for professional courses? If yes, then you should definitely know that colleges in India, offering professional courses are now entitled to go for a fee hike equal with the extra financial burden they will earn when implementing the sixth pay commission recommendations as per a Supreme Court directive issued on 2nd February 2012, reports “The Times of India”.

With the increase in demand of professional courses, over 400 colleges in the state have already proposed a revised fee structure that would handle the additional financial burden brought on them by the sixth pay commission's salary recommendations for teaching and non-teaching staff. Colleges offering professional courses like engineering (B.Tech and M.Tech), Pharmacy (B.Pharm and M.Pharm), MBA and MCA are therefore looking at a considerable fee hike.
