Bangalore: The Fresh graduates this year are in the search of the better opportunities with full enthusiasm. As the economy has improved slowly, so do the prospects for fresh job aspirants.  Another key important thing the fresh grads to notice here is that, if they need to succeed in their career they need to be flexible to go to which ever city the job has been offered. As of the year 2012, Steven Rothberg in the College recruiter.com website has reported the top fields that are hiring in 2012, namely the accounting and finance, engineering, computer science, sales and marketing, education and health care and social service fields.

According to John A. Challenger, CEO of Challenger, Gray and Christmas, the job creation has turned out to be stronger from the past few months, but the general trend has been rising. The private sector has seen optimistic employment gains for 25 successive months. The job market has still a long way to g o to be completely recovered, but the good news is that the fresh grads with 4 years degree program are in growing demand.

The private sector averaged 2,48,000 new payroll jobs from 2011 December through February 2012, but in the March month it has dropped to just 121, 000 as per the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
