Bangalore: Getting a job at this tough job market is not an easy thing, but it seems people, especially students are pretty much confused on choosing their desired career stream as many of them are also confused on the educational qualification they need to pursue for a better employment. However, at present, people who are over qualified and experienced candidates are facing much problem than candidates with basic educational background.

If you are an over qualified candidate and finding it really difficult to get a job, this article is particularly meant for you as Robert Hellmann of the Five O’Clock Club, David Couper of Laas Angeles and Eileen Wolkstein of the New York presented some of the best advices on the Forbes Website reported by Susan Adams.

1. Concentrate on how you can help your employer:

While attending an interview there are lot of information you need to provide your employer before getting hired and that includes your past profession. Many of the experienced and over qualified workers find it difficult to discuss about their past accomplishments with their potential employer. But it is something very much essential to show your capabilities on how you were managing the given task or also a set of people in your past company. If you share all these information with your potential employer, definitely you can build confidence and let them know what you can contribute to their company in the future.
