Two tech giants of the Silicon Valley, Apple and Facebook, made it to news as it offered the perk of freezing eggs to their female employees. This over-the-top perk would strengthen the working women helping them to lead a successful career along with being a mother. The egg freezing coverage offered by the two companies will pay $20,000. These perks are the part of Apple’s ‘fertility benefits’ and Facebook’s ‘surrogacy benefits’ which also include surrogate mothers, fertility treatment and sperm banks.
