BANGALORE: The very first step of job seeking starts from the web search, newspaper, advertisements, word of mouth, recommendations – so many sources to reach your dream job. Job hunt is long, stressful and impossible. But the job seeker alone can make it fast and favorable, if he takes some tricky and fiddly steps.  The whole idea of impressing the employer begins from the very first application letter or e-mail. Resume, dress code, qualification or experience are far later factors. And for those who consider luck as a part, it’s a major belief. In the job hunt, the critical and most contentious part is the interview. Interviews have a decisive role as it sets the future compatibility between the employers and would be-employee. From making impression to exchanging information interviews have tasks to execute.
