2. Company Secretary (CS)

Your Class XII subjects are not a matter to pursue a career as a Company Secretary. All you need is to pass Executive programme and get into the 15 months practical training. You will be eligible to work as an Associate Company Secretary once you have successfully completed the training.  While examinations are conducted twice in a year, the CS course admission is open throughout the year. Many of the universities have recognized the course for enrolling to PhD course as well. As a CS profession, you will be hired as the legal advisor who guides about corporate law, governance, ethics, and corporate social responsibilities and so on.
