8. Avoid saying ‘I’ instead of ‘We’: Employers like professionals with team spirit, therefore, as a new employee you should never decline to demonstrate your team spirit to them. So use ‘We’ instead of ‘I’ in every possible sentence. Moreover, you are required to work in a team environment in the organization.
