4. Do not take vacations immediately after joining: If you take up a vacation immediately after joining the organization, it will be difficult for you to settle down there. Taking vacations immediately won’t prove to be a wise decision as by this you are sure to annoy your employers. Yung Trang says that if you have already planned your vacation before joining the organization, you should let your employer know about that beforehand as a condition of accepting the job offer.
