7. You might not have worthy skills:



Though you have done your master’s degree in some field, it can be worthless if that degree is not much in demand. Even there must be some significant change in your skills as and when you are getting experienced in by your position. If your skills are not of much demand in today’s job market, then the chances of getting a pay hike is very less. Start doing some research on your field to improve yourself in your field.
