#6.You Don’t Make an Effort to Socialize

Make yourself available to talk to your colleagues and if people ignore you or somehow seem unfriendly, you can politely excuse yourself and find another group to join. Smile – it’s the easiest and most expressive way to show that you're a nice person. Be very friendly, kind and respectful, which will help to build a great rapport with your colleagues.

#7.You Created a Bad First Impression

First impression is most important at workplace. People judge you by your behavior, it’s important to be punctual, this is highly noted. It sends a clear message that you’re responsible and capable to stay in this organization. You can crack a few jokes, but don't make it your goal to be an attention seeker.  And don’t reveal too much personal information to people you don't know very well.

#8.You Complain Too Much

Always complaining is definitely not a good sign. It draws attention to the negative aspects to any circumstance. And focusing on the negatives always brings greater negativity and draws attention to the problems and discomforts us and also people around us. There are benefits in complaining less, it shifts our focus to the positive. But if you are really going through a tough time at work, it’s time to seek someone’s help. If things get really worse and you are not comfortable with the current office, look for another employment.
