Taking on tasks way over your head or not making enough efforts can consistently make you fail to meet deadlines and the work rank will go lowest in quality audits. Over-committing and building false expectations can make you 'unreliable' to the employer, losing out on increments, opportunities and promotions. Restore your image over the next few months by working hard to beat deadlines and targets by a reasonable margin consistently, and always remember to make commitments that you can fulfill.
