Tell Me a Joke.
This question has two purposes. To break the ice and allow the candidate be free and comfortable with the next person. A joke breaks the consciousness and rigidity in the candidate and lets him speak more and easily. Also, the instant joke will bring out the sense of humor in him. The joke he tells at that point of time will clarify his response and his stimulus.
