Rushabh Agarwal is a Computer Science graduate from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, Rajasthan. Recently, he received a dream offer from the IT biggie, Google. He was reportedly offered a whooping pay package of 1.16 crores and was posted at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, California.   



Celebrating his moment, in an interview to TopTalent.in, he revealed that it was a ‘too good to be true moment’ that will be cherished for the rest of his life. He also clarified that the interviews at Google was not extra-difficult and was in line with those at Amazon or Microsoft, contrary to the popular perception. He also added that the knowledge of algorithms and data structures, along with a lot of coding practice and problem solving ability were essential to land a job in such prestigious organizations. He also emphasized the value and importance of time spent on preparing explicitly for an interview, and added that it was a great exercise to streamline one’s thought process.
