Cultural Fit: A person spends most of the time of his day in office and sometimes it is even called the second home. Cultural fit candidate can very well mix up with his colleagues as well as company norms. How a person interacts with his co-workers and how much he welcomes the company policies can heavily affect the productivity of the organization. Hence a ‘cultural fit’ can be a productive worker.



Specific Skills:  Specific skills for a job demands a candidate to excel in the particular skills applied for. In a Job Description the recruiters mention the required skills of a candidate for every particular post. The resume that meets with most of the requirements is given the first preference. For example a teacher needs to know lesson planning and question paper setting skills, a programmer should know variety of coding languages and an Architect should know computer aided designing skills.
