The top elite schools require that you have a solid plan after you graduate. The best schools will want you to show your skills in a specific field and that an MBA is indispensable for you to build a successful career. However, most of the other average schools will take you even without you having a plan. Lack of a proper plan at the end of the course will make you seem lost and desperate.
