4. Responsible for.



This phrase is very commonly written by the job seekers. Even experienced resume writers use this kind of a phrase frequently. Try replacing this phrase with a power verb and try to furnish more details to the recruiter. For example instead of writing “responsible for customer service delivery.” You can mention “Raised customer satisfaction scores 30 percent with improved product launch support “.



5. Including, but not limited to.



This phrase sounds repetitious as the word “ including” technically means “not limited to,” for example a better way to highlight this will be suppose you have worked with several companies selling gadgets you can write this in your resume as “ including MJ Corporation, LML Company, and FY Enterprises.” If you mention it in this way the recruiter can very well assume that you have not mentioned the several other companies that you have worked with. Hence the word “including” is just enough by itself.
