K Gopi Krishna
K Gopi Krishna, the poster boy of this year’s placements at National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal is the next person in focus in our list. He bagged a staggering $135,000 (roughly around 84.6 lakh) from Facebook, and in the process broke the previous university record by about 24 lakhs.

Nilesh Aggarwal is the second entry from DTU. He was bagged by the U.S. based software firm, EPIC, for a massive amount of 70 lakh ($105,000).



Ankit Gupta and Yogesh Sharma
Ankit Gupta and Yogesh Sharma, the final year B.Tech students from IIIT-A are the last entries in the list. They pocketed a lucrative offer worth 60 lakh per annum by the popular social networking site Facebook and in the process elevated the status of their institution on the international IT map.
