7. Do not turn the weakness question into A Positive answer: You are sure to come across the question, what are your strengths and weaknesses? In your job interview. While answering what are your weaknesses, never tell the hiring manager that you are a perfectionist and a hardworking personality and that you work too hard to meet perfection, by saying this you will make the hiring manger turn suspicious as no one is fool to believe that, and also it may spoil your chances of getting the job. Instead of giving a positive answer to that question, you should be honest and come up with all your weaknesses, which can be improved on later.
