Nuclear Engineering
Annual salary: 5 lakh to 7 lakh

Nuclear Engineering is the branch of engineering concerned with the application of the breakdown as well as the combination of atomic nuclei, which is based on the principles of nuclear physics.  
The field mainly includes the study of medical and other applications of that include radiation, nuclear safety, nuclear fuel and other related technology under its category.
Based on the above criteria, Nuclear engineers work on research and develop the processes, instruments and systems used to obtain benefits from nuclear energy and radiation. As per the BLS report, employment of nuclear engineers is projected to grow 9 percent by 2022. And the job opportunities in this field is likely to  be favorable because of the need to upgrade safety systems at power plants.
