BENGALURU: The gender gap is certainly cutting down in the payroll, but there are a few jobs where the men earn more than the women. However, these jobs fetch a higher pay to the female workers even though it is more of a male dominated work.

Construction Work



Being mostly a male dominated job, this field of work still has female constructor, supervisors, as well as painters. Besides having only 3 percent of the job openings, the female workers still earn more than the male workers do. This is said to happen because the women who enter this field are either very skilled or hardworking.
