Bangalore: Most employees are very enthusiastic at the beginning of their professional career. But unfortunately, as the learning curve gets saturated, they lose their shine. They start feeling bored and lose interest in their job. They quickly get tired doing the same things repeatedly, and simply don’t feel challenged. In addition, the lack of creativity and challenges in the work is bound to have a negative impact on their professional career.

1. Software Developer:



Do you have a passion for working with computers and have a knack for manipulating computer codes? Then, pursuing a career as a software developer can be a perfect-fit.



Software developers are the brains behind design, testing, maintenance and installation of a software system. The job description involves reviewing current system, presenting ideas for system improvement, producing detailed specification and writing the codes, testing the product in real time before going live, preparation of training manuals for users, maintaining the systems once they are up and running, etc.



The educational qualification required to pursue a career as software developer is a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science or a related field.
