sdVandana Maurya:



Maurya was working in New Delhi in a big law firm, but her dissatisfaction forced her to quit her job. She moved to Jawahar, a rural place in Thane near Mumbai, to bring about a change in their unhealthy food habits and provide solutions to cope with rising cases of malnutrition.



sdGloria Benny:



Benny is a co-founder at Make-A-Difference.in. She was doing advertising operations for Google, but left it to start MAD. MAD works with almost 500 children in 77 shelter homes across 23 cities in India. Make a Difference works with nearly 5000 children in 77 shelter homes across 23 cities in India, delivering impact through a fellow-managed volunteering model of 4000 young leaders.



It is currently run by Rizwan Tayabali and Jithin Chacko and was the only non-profit to rank in India's Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2015 by the Great Place to Work Institute.
