From home rooftop to large-scale municipal installations, Solar Engineers plan, design and implement everything related to the solar energy project. They will also have to analyze and prepare reports on the grounds of efficiency, cost and safety with respect to implementation. As government is set to launch ten thousand solar, wind and biomass projects this could be a great career option.



Wind Energy Engineer





Wind Energy Engineers design farm layout and schematics and are employed in wind farm installations. They are also required to analyze wind metrics and improve the layouts of supportive infrastructure such as transmission lines and roads. Wind Engineers who are specialized in hardware design and run tests on turbines, rotor blades and energy production systems.
