GURGAON



This city contributes a lot to the economy of India and has the third highest per capita income in the country. The juxtaposition of Gurgaon and Delhi is the main reason for the setup of about 500 companies in the city. In Gurgaon, economic growth is often the product of a private sector improvising to overcome the inadequacies of the government. With its fascinating buildings and cantering economy, Gurgaon is portrayed as the symbol of a rising "new" India. Retail is an important industry in Gurgaon, with the presence of 43 shopping malls, which are emerging as the paymasters too. The living index of Gurgaon is even higher than that of Pune or Bengaluru, which is approx 85.5, but also the number of jobs offered per 1-lakh Professionals is higher than that of Bengaluru i.e. approx 124.6.

BANGALORE



Fondly known as the “Silicon Valley” of India is the second fastest growing major metropolis in India. The city is a major IT hub and it is the centre for public sectors Like BHEL, HAL, BEL, BEML and others.  Bangalore has a living index of 82.5 approx, which is not very satisfactory, but the job opportunities are very high on comparison with other cities. Accel Frontline Ltd., HCL Technologies, iGate, Infosys, Larsen & Toubro, Accenture, EY, MindTree, TCS, HP, Tech Mahindra, KPMG and Wipro are some of the companies based in the city. Although, the IT is the major employer but the Manufacturing and Biotechnology are the other industries that also generate jobs in the city.
