Chennai born Indra Nooyi joined PepsiCo in the year 1994. 12 years later, she became the President and CEO, and the subsequent year she was appointed as the Chairwomen of this multinational organization. Currently she is one of the most powerful CEOs, who is consistently ranked among the best in the world by leading magazines.  



Indra Nooyi started her career in India as a product manager at Johnson & Johnson and textile firm Mettur Beardsell. After completing her Master’s in public and private management from Yale, she joined the Boston consulting and later held strategic positions at Motorola and Asea Brown Boveri.

Ginni Rometty made headlines when she was slotted among 50 most powerful business women by Forbes for 8 consecutive years. She joined IBM (International Business Machines) in 1981, held different leadership positions and took up the role of CEO of this multinational technology and consulting giant in January 2012.
