Ask Questions
If you want to prove to the employers that you’re the best fit for the job, then there is only one way for you to determine as an intern and that’s to ask the right questions.
So the best way to do it is by not being shy about asking questions, especially if you need clarification on an assignment. Be energetic and alert, but don't pretend to know something you don't and avoid making a fool out of yourself.
This development will also help you obtain a clear, realistic preview of a prospective employer as well as the job, so that you can make a better decision about your career options down the road.
Set Goals for Yourself
Setting goals isn’t something you should do because a new year is nearing; goals should be continuously created as you think of them and should be revised constantly to make it achievable.
So as an intern, you should make first hand priorities within a week or month of your internship and revise it accordingly to reach your final goal of a full time job. Additionally, always have a positive attitude about the work, however minimal it may seem to you and enjoy your work.
