Finish all the paper work: You will need to fill in a lot of forms after on barding the organization like your bank forms, health insurance forms, forms for identifications etc. Do those in the very first day itself as declining to do so can create confusion later, moreover, you will have less work in your first day of work therefore, you will have ample time to complete all the paper work, advices Kathy.
