While you are provided with a work phone at your desk, you can give an off to your Smartphone for one day at least. You can be reached on your work phone, in case of any emergency. It will be more helpful if you are able to visualize a day at work without your Smartphone, and visualize your day’s activities and the things you can really do without your smartphone, advices Kieran Flores, Marketing Manager at A Writer.
