2. Telling Lies:  Often it is seen that a few are always in the habit of telling lies. It is always advisable to avoid taking support of lies. Never lie in an organization you are working for or in a place of interview or resume. 3. Overconfidence: Having confidence in yourself is good but being overconfident can hamper your career. Overconfident people always have an exaggerated opinion of their own, which they feel is right but it is not so, as it tends to irritate people around you. Generally it is seen that overconfidence can also lead to disappointment when results are not as anticipated. Majority in a business organization tend to avoid overconfident people, who are mostly sentimental and egoistic.
