You might think that you are smart, intelligent and can sail through the interview without any difficulty, hence do not prepare for an interview thoroughly.



This can have a negative impact on your employment opportunity, as employers might label such candidates as incompetent individuals who neither has the will nor the effort to learn more about the company or the job. Employers might think that such individuals might least care about the job and might opt for others who have the necessary qualities.

5. Failing to Send Thank-You Notes After the Interview:



Most employers do not appreciate individuals who lack common follow-up skills and graciousness, and tend to discard such individuals.
