Valerie Wagoner is the founder of the company ZipDial, which is now acquired by Twitter. She did her internships in variety of fields. She believes working as intern in many of these big companies made her learn a lot and those experiences helped her in finding her company too.

Abhishek Pant, an engineer from IIT Kharagpur, went through three rigorous telephone interviews to land a three-month internship with Google. At the end of the internship, he was offered a full time position with the company, with an annual pay package of 2 crore.
