As a graphic designer you might fill a variety of different positions requiring visual solutions, designs and materials. You can opt to be employed at a newspaper or a magazine firm and will be responsible for the creation of appropriate design, layout or production of a publication.

Though a certification in graphic design is enough to land a job in this profession, most employers prefer to hire candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
