In fact, employees who complete five years of tenure in the organization, seldom in other organization, they are rewarded with an additional 45 days paid leave, to be en-cashed within one year. Such tradition definitely gives out a clear signal to outer the outer world about how the company believes and promotes one’s life priorities.



Research was completed by The Economic Times and Great Place to Work Institute, who studied 791 organizations across various industries, TOI reported.
