5. Emotional: Emotions are only natural and it is essential for professionals to know how to manage them effectively in order to succeed at workplace. Amateurs usually let them run loose and, as a result, they are viewed as unpredictable and irrational individuals who have the potential to spoil the entire workplace.



Emotions can taint an individual’s perspective and contaminate his decision-making process. When emotions are stirred up, it is essential for an individual to exercise extreme caution over his actions or words, and channel their emotions fruitfully in a professional environment.
