Sticking with a bad boss
In most cases the driving factor for an employee to quit his job falls largely on having an unpleasant boss. An awful supervisor can suck out the happiness from ones career. It is fairly predictable that one wouldn’t think twice to shift jobs on encountering the bad side of one’s boss.  However it is advisable to sum up the courage face your boss.
In an ideal world, the boss is expected to make the life of an employee easy by offering professional help in terms of development and opportunities. By doing this, the boss benefits by taking the company forward (as quality of work progresses) as well as the employee builds resourceful skills and opportunity which gives the boss a good name.
However, if the attitude of both boss and employee are never on the same page for over a lengthen period of time. It is probably then advisable to consider a shift in job.
