20. Willie Walsh, CEO, International Airlines Group:

Willie told that till now he had not committed any mistake, but he just suggested that, unless and until you do any mistake you shouldn’t be afraid of anything. Even if you commit any mistake try to learn from it and avoid committing same mistake in the future. This he said in an interview with Marketing Society in the year 2011.

21.  Reed Hastings, CEO, Netflix:

Reed said that his biggest mistake was by trying to stage out Netflix’s once-trailblazing DVD-by-mail rental services more rapidly than millions of customers wanted. Few years ago, he and his team concluded DVDs that are intended to obsolescence. So from that time they just focused on streaming video over high speed Internet connections. He regretted his mistake in an interview with the Associated Press in the year 2011.

22.  Alan Mulally, President and CEO of Ford:

Alan was the only 1 in this listed who fell uncharacteristically silent when asked what his biggest mistake was. After he broke his silence he just said he didn’t have any good answer for that question. He said it in an interview with Financial Times in the year 2011.
