13. Alexis Maybank, Co-Founder, Gilt Groupe:

Alexis was of the opinion that, when any one scale quickly, they inevitably make some hiring mistakes and because of that, every part of their business can break down at one point of time. Adding she said, in the year 2009 her company launched a business that took a more mass market advance to brands. But their customers actually required luxury.  She revealed it in an interview with Business Insider.

14. Ted Turner, Founder,  TBS and CNN:

Ted revealed his biggest mistake that he made, that he came to know it Malone was bringing Time Warner into the association of cable operators for that five hundred and something million that they were supposed to pay down the debt that they incurred when they were in need to acquire MGM. Ted regretted saying he shouldn’t have done that. But unfortunately he was forced to give as he was tired.
