7.  Jennifer Hyman, CEO, Rent The Runway:

Realizing the mistake that she ever made, Jennifer Hyman said that they wanted to have an in- house technology team but they also wanted to get the site up fast and in order to do so they used an outsourced team based in India. Although it was great in terms of sales as their site got up in time but ultimately there was a lot of work to clean up on the back end of their site. Another mistake they committed was that they should have ordered for more inventory as they have never thought that there would be so much demand which is a great problem.

8.   Jack Welch, former CEO, GE:

Jack Welch regrets of being too timid and cautious as he admits that Timidity causes mistakes.  Jack says that people running big organizations are always afraid at first as they think that they will break it. While many people don’t think this way for the leaders it is true according to Jack that everyone who's running some organization goes home at night and are gripped with the same fear in mind. He was also having the same fear as he wanted too constituencies on board and this were his major mistake.
