Mobile traffic is growing at an explosive rate (81 percent) and therefore drives a preference for snippets of texts in recruitment related exchanges like cover letters, LinkedIn messages, emails and CV’s.



For example, cover letters should be no longer than 250 words and resumes are trending towards less text density with all achievements in bullet points. Keep all documents good to go in a mobile ready format .
