# Social Networking Is Bigger Than Ever



Social networking skills continue to be in-demand throughout various industries, and it has impacted the recruiting process itself.



LinkedIn reports that the use of social networking in the hiring process has been doubled in 2011-2015, which makes it vital for job seekers to keep up to date with their presentation on professional media networks.



The report further revealed that while only 14 percent of U.S. companies and 32 percent of Global companies use recruitment firms to hire candidates, this number is poised to grow as companies outsource parts of their job search.
