1. 15 seconds to screen:

Keep in mind that your hiring manager hardly spends 15 seconds on your resume. He will be having a list which can spell out the most important candidate of his requirement. Understanding the primary requirements which every hiring manager looks in a resume can help you to craft a good CV. Mostly the first round of screening your resume is to analyze your key characteristics or your personality, the required skills for the job, relevant experience, and the desired academic qualifications.

2. Only half page reviewed:

Importantly, hiring manager may just go through the first half of your first page of your CV to decide to call you for an interview. Here, it is advisable for you to create your resume in a professional and also in a creative way. If your recruiter is not impressed to go through further information on your CV, you may not be able to land your dream job interview. You should check your resume for a second time, to see whether you placed best information on the top half of your first page.
