The Unbelieving Employee

Even after a performance-improvement plan has been charted out by the HR and the boss, some of the employees are still very relaxed and hence when they fail to meet their goals. As consequence, they are let off! In some cases however, the situation exhibits the ‘shocked employee’ traits in which the employee comes off as an innocent victim targeted by the seniors for no apparent reason.
