PaaS, or "Platform as a Service" is a cloud computing service that delivers applications over the internet allowing customers to launch, run, manage and develop a Web Application. Jaava and NET are its two main programming languages. As PaaS hosts its own combination of hardware and software, so the customer does not need to install it in-house separately. However, users need to log in with valid id and password in order to access their respective PaaS accounts, usually through web interference. Users of PaaS are charged in pre use basis. Some of the PaaS software and management work products include the web services by Appear IQ, Mendix, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Elastic Beanstalk, Google App Engine and Heroku.
