# Be clear, specific and to the point
Don’t beat around the bush by saying everything but not including the necessary words. Be clear and specific about the topic what you are trying to convey or express.
This makes it easier even for the readers to sort out the mail and thus set priority for that to read them later for the day as well.
Include words according to where the mail is going, for example, if you are sending a job application; include your name, position applied for or any references in the mail’s subject line.
