Administrative service managers who oversee various aspects of planning, directing and coordinating supportive services of an organization do not seem to enjoy a healthy relationship with their employers. A mind boggling 13.6 percent of the employees working in this field have asserted that they hate their boss. To make matters worse, 72 percent of the respondents have claimed that the stress associated with the job are unbearable and 9 percent have claimed to have been suffering from low job satisfaction levels.

All is not well in the relationship between database administrators and their employers, as 13.6 percent of the respondents asserting that they are facing severe problems working under the current boss.

In addition, 60 percent of the respondents are unhappy with the stress levels associated with the job and 9 percent of them have problems with the low job satisfaction levels allied with this line of work.
