New Zealand: It is estimated that more than 15 percent of the adult population of New Zealand receives some kind of college education. Even though it is a small nation, the country spends about 7 percent of its GDP on education and has a literacy rate of 39 percent. The Country not only provides the best of the study infrastructure to its people but also the opportunity to foreigners and other international students who aspire to do their higher education from their universities. Literacy rate in New Zealand is flourishing day by day with the advancement in science and technology.
