Helper, Construction Trades: Helpers in construction trade are responsible for supervising and directing construction trade workers. They read and interpret blueprints, order materials, oversee construction and demolition, and also perform administrative tasks. The annual average salary for helpers is around $92,508 which depends on the organization. The percentage of women sharing the workforce in this profession is only 4 percent.
