Your employees may become a great fan of yours if you are a too good to them. But it doesn't mean a CEO has to throw attitude for the designation he or she possess or should be a down to earth person. A CEO should not be in touch with all the employees directly all the time. There is a hierarchy followed and the information should pass on accordingly. If your employees work together and bring a big success to the company, reward them. Make them realize that the organization is a family and they all to join their hands for the organization's success.
