Hands-on experience is preferred by employers over the graduate degree.  People in the industry are looking for creative marketing skills and MBAs are usually their first choice instead of the degrees specializing in communications.
Experienced degree graduates earn around $75,000 in a year on an average while 4.8 percent face unemployment.
