Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The next worst destination for techies is Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia. As per the survey conducted by Businessweek and ORC Worldwide, political violence, repression, unfavorable political and social environment are some of the major issues faced by the capital city of Saudi Arabia. Other drawbacks include ongoing threat of terrorist attack and restrictions of movement, dress, conduct, alcohol, food, communication and travel, as per the survey.

Mumbai, India

Mumbai, the financial capital of India, is the only entry from the country. And as per the Businessweek, high rate of pollution, inadequate infrastructure, disease, sanitation, political violence, worst slums, traffic jams, security issues and lack of proper medical facilities are some of the issues that elevated this vibrant city into this dubious list.
